SETTING OUT

There has been a demand from both architects and developers in recent years for us to provide them with topographical surveys, building surveys and as built surveys. We can provide these in both CAD and pdf format to a very high standard of accuracy.

TruEye supply setting out services to the construction and civil engineering industry in the south east. Our engineers have fully equipped vans and use robotic equipment enabling one-man operation on-site.

The majority of our setting out work is residential, including piled, strip and raft foundations, estate roads, sewers and 278 works. We also cater for the commercial sector, including factory units, public buildings and civil engineering projects. We have vast experience with steel framed and reinforced concrete structures, conical bolt boxes and gridlines.

MONITORING

WELDING AND FABRICATION

We supply a service where we monitor party walls for movement during construction works, the frequency for monitoring visits is normally decided by a structural engineer but some clients decide for themselves how often reports should be submitted.

We set up control points away from the structure and place reflective targets in strategic places on vulnerable walls, and then regularly update the client as to whether movement has taken place.

TruEye can fabricate supply and deliver universal columns, universal beams, stanchions and wind posts for the construction industry along with offering welding and fabrication to the agricultural and domestic industries in addition to this TruEye can quote prices to small works with a fast turnaround.
